Registration Information
Students are required to complete the registration process before you start the new semester
WINTER 2023 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Before a student begins classes, they must complete the registration process. A typical registration is completed through the myCambrian portal. To register, follow the below process:
- 1. Make sure you have paid fees in full, and all your conditions are clear (e.g., English Language Proficiency, Study Permit)
- 2. Download iCent App (available on Apple and Google Play Store)
- 3. Upload documents on iCent (IELTS, study permit, passport, visa etc.)
- 4. Log into the myCambrian student portal
- 5. Click on the Student tab (located at the top)
- 6. Scroll down to the Quick Links section
- 7. Click on Online Registration
- 8. Complete the registration process
You must meet the following criteria to register without any issues:
- You have no academic holds and are in good standing
- You have no outstanding financial balance (if you do, you have the option to pay here prior to registration)
- You must have a valid post-secondary study permit. If your study permit is expiring within the first month of the term, you may be asked to provide proof of study permit renewal from ICCRC at registration time
- You have accepted the terms of registration (in the registration process)
In addition to the above:
- Your full-term fees must be paid in advance to Cambrian College – Student Payments.
- You must complete the registration process before attending class

Important Notes:
- If you would like to add a course, please consult with your academic advisor and pay the additional course fees prior to registration
- Refunds: For registered students, withdrawal and refund requests must be received within 10 business days of the beginning of the semester to be considered
- It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that any address on file or on the Request for refund form is complete and correct. If you have any questions about submitting documents, please contact internationalrefunds@cambriancollege.ca.
- Cambrian College will make every effort to process requests for refunds within 12 weeks of submission. Incomplete Request forms, missing documentation or incorrect information submitted may delay regular processing times
Before you begin, please ensure:
- You know your Cambrian Student ID# (A00xxxxx)
- myCambrian credentials: username (A00xxxx) and password (DOB- MMDDYY)
- If you have changed your password and have forgotten it, please email Cambrian’s helpdesk at 705-566-8101 x 7370 between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or email at helpdesk@cambriancollege.ca. Please remember to include your full name and Cambrian ID#: A00xxxxxx

Last Day to drop a course without academic penalty (with “W” grade) | March 18th, 2022 |
