Dear Hanson Community,
In preparation for the start of the fall semester, moving into phase 4, we have prepared detailed reopening plans to ensure that all staff and students are aware of the new operational procedures to ensure the safety of everyone on Hanson campus premises. There will also be PPE and related training provided, prior to reopening, to guide you through the transition. The goal of phase 4 is to re-open with controls to minimize the on-campus population and activity while prioritizing academic delivery. As a part of this phase, we urge staff and students to adhere to the guidelines for workplace safety.
We are excited to announce that Hanson College’s Readiness Plan has officially been approved by the ministry and our DLI has been listed. This means that you will soon be able to come to Canada upon meeting various requirements. These include but are not limited to, obtaining a study visa, and requesting a Support letter from Hanson College among other requirements. You can request for a support letter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive your support Letter, you may then book your flight.
Travelling to Canada:
When travelling to Canada, you must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. This includes wearing a mask during the duration of your time in the airport, on the plane and when you arrive to Canada. Under Canada’s Quarantine Act, you must abide by the rules set out by the emergency order (please refer to the links below for further information). Your health and safety when travelling to Canada is our priority, which is why we are taking all the necessary precautions when it comes to our student’s travels. We appreciate your patience during this time and we look forward to welcoming you to Canada.
